Below are the official Portuguese land registry documents proving that the plot for the Sankofa Eco Village (Quinta Calma) is legally registered in the name of Daniel Duroshola, the project founder. These documents are publicly available for anyone to verify.

Permanent Land Registry Certificate — official document from the Portuguese Land Registry (Conservatoria do Registo Predial) confirming property ownership and legal status.
